Our material matters were identified through a comprehensive assessment of the interests and impacts of our internal and external stakeholders, considering economic, environmental, social, and governance aspects. We conducted a thorough analysis of our business environment and associated risks to pinpoint the most pressing material matters. As a result, we identified and focused on our 13 key material issues and looked into our continuous improvement to enhance our sustainable growth.

At DXN Group, our procurement approach is fundamental to our sustainability initiatives. We are dedicated to acquiring materials and services in a manner that supports environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and long-term economic sustainability. By embedding sustainability considerations into our procurement practices, we ensure that both direct and indirect materials meet our broader environmental and ethical expectations.
Our process is guided by ethics in line with our Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Policy, Code of Conduct & Ethics, Occupational Safety & Health Policy, Environmental & Energy Policy and Human Rights Policy. Additionally, our procurement team continually evaluates our suppliers' environmental and social performance through the New Supplier Due Diligence & Declaration (NSDDD). We also maintain ongoing collaboration with suppliers to deepen our understanding of company policies, procedures, sustainability commitments and carbon management. In year 2024, DXN Group have organized DXN Greening Value Chain (GVC) Programme which aims to assist Malaysian SMEs in implementing impactful long-term change to green their operations along with encouraging to take action in measuring and managing their supply chain emissions.
DXN Greening Value Chain (GVC) programme training was held at DXN Cyberville, Cyberjaya gathering almost 50 companies, ranging from medium-sized SMEs to large enterprises.
As part of our continuous efforts to foster a socially responsible supply chain, DXN is firmly committed to upholding ethical labor practices and ensuring the protection of human rights across all levels of our operations. In alignment with our Human Rights Policy, we are dedicated to promoting fair treatment, non-discrimination, and respect for the dignity of all workers involved in our supply chain. This commitment is fundamental to how we operate and collaborate with our suppliers globally.
Our supply chain operations adhere to the ethical standards. DXN strictly enforces anti-bribery and corruption measures, ensuring that all transactions and dealings with our suppliers maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity. We also strictly prohibit any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor in our supply chain. We continuously work with our partners to ensure that all employment is freely chosen and workers are not subjected to any form of coercion or exploitation. Besides, DXN Group embraces diversity and are committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals regardless of gender identity, age, race, sexual orientation or disability, ethnicity and national origin, socio-economic background or religious belief.
In addition, DXN Group takes a zero-tolerance approach to child labor. Suppliers are required to maintain safe, hazard-free work environments and implement stringent health and safety measures that meet or exceed the standards.
